Booking
conditions
In the event of the booking being cancelled by the client, Climb365
will remeburse the client in the following manner.
Cancellation before 4 wks of the start date of the booking:
Climb365 will reimburse the client 30%.
Cancellation between 4 and 2 wks of the start date of the booking:
Climb365 will remburse the client 20%.
Cancellation within 2 wks of the start date of the booking,
no refund will be made.
Please
make cheques payable to "climb365".
We advise individuals to arrange appropriate cancellation and
curtailment insurance and accident cover.
I appreciate that the activities I have booked, may be hazardous
by there very nature and I accept a certain element of risk.
Occasionally photos of our clients are used in Climb365 publicity.
