Booking conditions
If Climb365 cancel the booking a full refund will be made.

In the event of the booking being cancelled by the client, Climb365 will reimburse the client in the following manner.
Cancellation before 4 wks of the start date of the booking: Climb365 will reimburse the client 30%.
We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance which you can do with "Infinity travel insurance". We have a dedicated insurance scheme arranged with this company. Please follow this link to book your insurance online; www.secure-travelinsurance.co.uk

I appreciate that the activities I have booked, may be hazardous by there very nature and I accept a certain element of risk.
Occasionally photos of our clients are used in Climb365 publicity. Please write "NO" if you or any member of your group are not happy for this to happen________
