Scottish Winter courses 2010.
This winter, we are offering fully residential courses based from the 4
Star Aviemore Highland Resort hotels. You can also book on courses and arrange
your own accommodation.
We use the Cairngorms as the main venue for our winter courses. We do, however, travel around the highlands to get the best from the Scottish weather and winter climbing conditions.
We offer both ice climbing courses and winter mountaineering courses in the mountains of Scotland.
There are two ice climbing courses to suit people of varied Scottish winter climbing ability: guided ice climbing and learning to lead ice climbs courses.
We offer four levels of winter mountaineering courses:
winter skills,
intro 4 day winter mountaineering course,
advanced winter mountaineering.
Most courses are open to anyone, but we also offer winter courses as women only winter skills & Scrambling,
women only guided ice climbing.
Also we offer winter courses as over fifty winter skills,
over fifty guided winter ice climbing.
If you want to come on a date that is not offered as a course we will do our best to help. Please see our private guiding section of the website.
